On June 8, at Annora Vietnam Shoes Company Limited (in Nghi Son town), the Trade Union of Nghi Son Economic Zone and Industrial Parks (KKTNS & CKCN) of Thanh Hoa province held a launching ceremony for the model "Llegal consulting group for workers".
Attending the launching ceremony were representatives of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor, the Provincial Federation of Labor, the Provincial Federation of Labor, the Board of Directors of Annora Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. and a large number of union members and workers.
At the ceremony, the leaders of the KKTNS & CKCN Trade Union announced the Decision to establish and the Operating Regulations of the model "Llegal Consulting Group for Workers" at the enterprise. The group consists of 13 members, headed by Mr. Nguyen Van Tron - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union.
The model aims to create conditions for workers to access legal information related to their rights and obligations, thereby improving legal understanding, awareness of law compliance and the ability to protect their rights during work.
The consulting team will also support the timely response and handling of workers' recommendations in accordance with legal regulations; at the same time, accompany businesses in building a harmonious and stable working environment, limiting conflicts and disputes arising in labor relations.
This is a model deployed by the Thanh Hoa Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Trade Union to spread legal awareness among workers, protect the legitimate and legal rights of workers, and contribute to the sustainable development of enterprises.
