The arrangement and consolidation of the advisory agencies assisting the Fatherland Front Committee, socio -political organizations must follow the orientation of arranging according to the Resolutions and conclusions of the Central Government, ensuring the regular and direct leadership of the Provincial Standing Committee and the Party Committee of the provincial agencies.
The Standing Committee promulgates the Regulation on organization and operation of the agency to ensure the principle of clearing people, clear, clear results and clear working relationships; clearly define the functions and duties of each department and unit in the agency; The tasks of the common and similar nature of the Fatherland Front and socio -political organizations transferred to the General Staff Board and assisting the agency; Things with specific professional and professional nature by subjects are implemented by the special staff of socio -political organizations.
Regarding the payroll: The payroll of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (according to the new model) is taken from the existing payroll of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the socio -political organizations (excluding retirement, transfer of work, quit).
