On April 14, Mr. Nguyen Phu Hoang - Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation said that in 2026, trade union levels in the province will focus on promoting negotiation, signing and supervising the implementation of collective labor agreements.
In which, focus on implementation in industrial zones and clusters - places where direct production labor is concentrated.

According to Mr. Hoang, the core of the collective labor agreement is to create clauses that benefit workers. Thereby ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of union members.
Reality shows that in units that implement well, workers' lives are improved, the working environment is stable, and labor disputes are limited.
At Phan Thiet Industrial Park, the Trade Union of Thuan Tien Garment Co., Ltd. has coordinated with employers to organize negotiations, sign and closely supervise the implementation of collective labor agreements, with many contents directly aimed at workers' rights.

Although the garment industry faces difficulties in orders, the average income of workers at the company still reaches more than 8.8 million VND/month.
The minimum wage is 4,560,000 VND, 4% higher than regional regulations. In addition, expenses for holidays, Tet, weddings, and bonuses for the 13th month of salary averaged more than 14.8 million VND/person.
Businesses also maintain periodic dialogues, promptly resolve recommendations and obstacles, contributing to building trust and creating cohesion between employees and businesses.

From this reality, the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation requests grassroots trade unions to continue to improve the quality of negotiation, ensure substantive dialogue, and avoid formality. The signing of agreements needs to closely follow the needs of workers and be suitable for production and business conditions.
Along with that, the trade union promotes the emulation movement "Good labor, Creative labor", especially in the garment industry; promptly rewarding individuals with initiatives and high skills.
Businesses coordinate to organize cultural and sports activities, contributing to improving the spiritual life of workers.
According to Mr. Nguyen Phu Hoang, the consensus between the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union is the foundation for collective labor agreements to be effective, contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
