On May 16, the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation said that it had organized a conference to summarize 5 years of implementing Conclusion No. 01 of the Politburo on continuing to promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style among workers, civil servants, and laborers.
The activity is organized on the occasion of the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth, to evaluate the results of implementation at all levels of trade unions, and at the same time honor typical collectives and individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style.
According to the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation, after 5 years of implementation, studying and following Uncle Ho has been linked by trade union levels with many patriotic emulation movements, creating positive changes in the awareness and actions of union members and workers.
Many emulation movements have been widely implemented such as "Good Labor - Creative Labor", "Initiatives, Technical Improvements", "Workers follow Uncle Ho's Words". Thereby contributing to improving labor productivity, production and business efficiency and better caring for the lives of workers.
From 2021 to now, 100% of upper-level trade unions directly at the grassroots level have organized the dissemination and development of plans to implement Conclusion No. 01. Units have also promoted propaganda and replicated many good models and effective ways of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style.
Many models continue to be maintained and promoted effectively such as building green - clean - beautiful agencies and units; voluntary blood donation; supporting union members in difficult circumstances; caring for the welfare of workers; building harmonious and stable labor relations in enterprises.
Through emulation movements, many examples of dedicated, responsible workers with technical innovation initiatives have emerged, contributing to benefiting businesses and the community.
According to the assessment of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation, studying and following Uncle Ho is not only limited to propaganda but has gradually become substantive, associated with professional tasks, production and life of union members and workers.
On this occasion, the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation commended 9 collectives and 17 individuals with outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style in the period 2021 - 2026.
The Executive Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation also awarded certificates of merit to 5 collectives and 15 individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement to study and follow Uncle Ho in the same period.
These are typical collectives and individuals with many initiatives, technical improvements, improving productivity and product quality, contributing to creating jobs, stabilizing income for workers, building sustainable businesses and contributing to the socio-economic development of Lam Dong province.
