On October 6, Mr. Nguyen Thai Vu - Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of HD Hyundai Vietnam Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (HVS), said that as part of a series of activities to improve the capacity of trade union officials, the Company's Trade Union has just organized a source-based activity at the Gaz Ma Soldier Memorial Area (Cam Lam Commune, Khanh Hoa Province).

130 union officials in the entire HVS company participated in this meaningful program.
At the foot of the monument "Those who lie on the horizon", HVS union officials offered incense and flowers to commemorate the heroes and martyrs who sacrificed to protect the sovereignty of their homeland's sea and islands.
The delegation also offered incense at the wind tomb - a place commemorating 64 heroes and martyrs who died in the battle to protect sovereignty on the island of Gac Ma in 1988.

At Truong Sa Museum, HVS union officials listened to the history of Vietnam's sovereignty over the sea and islands, the battle to protect Truong Sa, and the story of the relics of 64 heroes and martyrs of thework of the family that the family passed on to the Management Board of the Memorial Site.
In particular, the Truong Sa museum also left the mark of the Trade Union organization, contributing to the people of the whole country in building the Memorial Area.
Coming to the Gac Ma Soldiers Memorial Site for the first time with his colleagues, Mr. Le Chung Chat - Member of the Executive Committee of the HVS Trade Union, shared his pride in coming here.
The trip to the source not only helps Mr. Chat and HVS union officials better understand the sacrifices of the previous generation, but also trains the spirit and responsibility of today's generation.
