On the afternoon of June 24, the Trade Union of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Zones held a conference to hand over grassroots trade unions in 2025.
At the conference, 145 grassroots trade unions with 37,367 union members were officially transferred, under the City Labor Federation. This is an important preparation step to improve the organization, streamline the unit, and ensure stable union activities in industrial parks in the transition period.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung - Chairman of the Trade Union of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Zones requested the trade unions to urgently complete the handover procedures to ensure compliance with regulations. Continue to do a good job of managing union members, focusing on implementing activities to care for the practical rights of union members and workers.

Strengthen the dissemination of the Trade Union Law, the Social Insurance Law and the policies and guidelines of the Party and State. Organize activities towards celebrating the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam," Mr. Trung emphasized.
In her speech, Ms. Ho Thi Lan Huong - Vice President of the Da Nang City Labor Federation emphasized that receiving grassroots unions demonstrates the proactiveness and responsibility of the trade union organization in the face of the need for streamlining and efficiency.
Ms. Huong pledged that the City Labor Federation will create all conditions for grassroots unions to quickly stabilize their operations, ensuring the rights of union members and workers.
Immediately afterwards, the signing ceremony of the handover minutes took place. Representatives of the City Labor Federation also presented the decision to receive the grassroots unions present at the conference.
