At the conference, the representative of the Supreme People's Procuracy announced the Decision on appointing Mr. Pham Ngoc Canh, the former Chief Prosecutor of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Procuracy, to hold the position of Chief Prosecutor of the new Ninh Binh Provincial People's Procuracy (after merging the three provinces of Ninh Binh, Nam Dinh and Ha Nam with the name Ninh Binh province), for a term of appointment of 5 years, starting from July 1, 2025.
Also at the conference, representatives of the Supreme People's Procuracy announced and presented the Decision to appoint 8 new Deputy Heads of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Procuracy.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Ngoc Canh, Chief Prosecutor of the new Ninh Binh Provincial People's Procuracy, respectfully thanked the leaders of the Supreme People's Procuracy, the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for trusting, assigning him responsibility and assigning him tasks in the new position.
Mr. Canh affirmed that he will work with the leadership of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Procuracy to promote a high sense of responsibility, soon perfect the organization and implement a specific action program.
