Recruiting young workers without experience
Present at the recent Yen Hoa Ward Employment Consulting and Transaction Festival, Mr. Duong Van Duc - a personal customer specialist of Nguyen Khanh Toan Transaction Office, MSB Bank said that his agency recruited about 60 targets. Of which, there are 10 transaction staff, salary 8-15 million VND/month; 40 individual customer specialists with salary from 6-50 million VND/month; customer relationship staff with priority salary from 15-50 million VND/month.
"We have participated in 10 recruitment sessions at job fairs organized by the Hanoi Employment Service Center. Through the sessions, the unit recruited personnel. We are also effectively supported by the Hanoi Employment Service Center. From now until the end of the year, we will recruit about 3 batches, each batch of about 50-60 personnel to serve the increased demand at the end of the year," said Mr. Duong Van Duc.

Also present at the job fair, a representative of Song Hong Tourism and Trading Company Limited said that participating in the Yen Hoa ward job fair, the company recruited 53 targets. Of which, the highest is the center director position, salary from 40-50 million VND/month; recruit 35 drivers, highest salary 20 million VND/month.
"The recruitment situation at the session was quite positive, we received relatively good initial declarations. After discussing at the session, we will invite candidates to apply through 2 rounds of interviews before officially signing a labor contract," said a representative of Song Hong Tourism and Trading Company Limited.
Also according to the representative of Song Hong Company, in recent times the company has continuously participated in job fairs organized by the Hanoi Employment Service Center. This is a positive and effective recruitment channel for businesses.
Participating in finding a job at the session, Ms. My Anh (Thanh Xuan ward, Hanoi) said that she is a third-year student, coming to find an extra job even though she has no experience. Although she did not have much hope, Ms. My Anh was hired by a company to work with a salary of 2 million VND/month.
Many job opportunities for workers
According to Mr. Vu Quang Thanh - Deputy Director of Hanoi Employment Service Center, the Yen Hoa ward job fair has 52 participating units (30 units directly, 22 via satellite platform) with a total demand for labor recruitment and export of 2,170 targets.

"The demand for labor recruitment according to qualifications has a clear difference. The group of workers with college and university degrees or higher accounts for the highest rate with 991 targets, equivalent to 45.7%; the group of workers with intermediate level qualifications, technical workers with 741 targets, accounting for 34.1%. The group of workers with high school education has lower demand, only 438 targets, equivalent to 20.2%.
This shows that the current recruitment trend focuses heavily on human resources with professional qualifications, professional skills and high degrees, to meet the requirements of businesses in the context of competition and integration. However, the labor market still maintains a certain demand for unskilled labor, creating opportunities for many groups of workers to access suitable jobs, said Mr. Vu Quang Thanh - Deputy Director of the Hanoi Employment Service Center.
At the session, the salary of over 15 million VND/month was 541 targets, accounting for about 24.9% of total demand. This is a group of jobs that require deep expertise, high skills or take on management positions. This proportion is quite large, showing the trend of the labor market expanding the high-income segment, while creating great opportunities for highly qualified personnel, managers and experts.
Salary from 10 - 15 million VND/month has 760 targets, accounting for 35% and is the highest group. This is an attractive income level for skilled workers, suitable for the positions of sales staff, technicians, and mid-level managers.
Salary from 7 - 10 million VND/month has 427 targets, accounting for 19.7%. This is a popular group of jobs for workers with average experience, suitable for many subjects. This ratio shows that the market still maintains stable demand for mid-range human resources, contributing to balancing labor supply and demand.
Salary from 5 - 7 million VND/month has 351 targets, accounting for 16.2%. This is the main income level for unskilled workers, simple workers or probationary workers. Although accounting for a lower proportion, this group is still important to ensure output for unskilled and seasonal workers, meeting the diverse needs of the market.
