Sharing CVs in series
When sending a CV for the entire position, the employer can completely recognize that you are "copying-paste" without really caring about the job you are applying for.
How to fix it: Take the time to read the job description carefully and adjust the CV to best suit each position. Outstandingly demonstrate skills related to that position.
Not researching carefully before applying
Not knowing about the company, profession and job description at the job application position will easily put you in a passive position when interviewing.
How to overcome: Learning about company culture, products, mission and preparing answers to common questions will help you show your interest and professionalism.
Lack of professionalism when participating in interviews
Whether you are experienced or not, late, unsuitable clothes or disrespectful communication are all major disadvantages.
How to fix it: Plan your trip to arrive on time, prepare neat clothes, suitable for the working environment and maintain a polite, optical attitude throughout the interview.
Too exaggerated in self-experimentation
Confidence is necessary, but adding too much information or "exploding" achievements can easily make you fall into a difficult situation when required to prove.
How to overcome: Be honest about your skills and experience. If you don't have practical experience, focus on sharing about your study projects, extracurricular activities, or soft skills you have been training.
