The leader of Huong Xuan Commune People's Committee said that in the area, a person was just beaten to death by lightning while in the house.
Accordingly, at around 3:20 p.m. on September 12, Mr. N.V.A (21 years old, residing in Huong Xuan commune) was lying on his bed at home, charging and watching his phone when he was suddenly hit by a lightning and died.
The family reported the discovery to the local authorities. Immediately afterwards, Huong Xuan Commune Police coordinated with functional forces to inspect.
The family is preparing a funeral to organize the burial of the victim according to local customs.
