Specifically, at about 5:12 p.m. on July 14, Que Vo Ward Police received a report from the people about Mr. Nguyen Van C (born in 1984) in Danh Quarter, Que Vo Ward, driving a motorbike with license plate 99B1-333.xx on the right dike of Cau River, km 71 +800, when he was hit by lightning.
Immediately after receiving information about the incident, the People's Committee of Que Vo Ward directed the police force to arrive promptly and report to the Office of the Investigation Police Agency (Provincial Police) to resolve the matter according to the law.
