Organize trade union congresses at all levels towards the 1st Da Nang City Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030.
Organize the Mid-Autumn Festival for children in difficult circumstances who are children of union members and workers in 2025 and the Conference to honor the emulation movement "Enterprises care for workers' lives" in 2025.
Direct trade unions at all levels to continue to represent and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers, coordinate in supervising the implementation of legal policies to ensure the rights of union members and workers; improve the quality of negotiation and signing of collective labor agreements and collective labor agreements of many enterprises.
Continue to organize dialogue and legal consultation activities for workers in the city on issues related to workers' housing, social housing for workers; regimes and policies related to the Labor Code, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, policies to support workers' lives: employment, training to improve skills, career conversion, loan support, cultural institutions serving workers; activities to care for the cultural life of the spirit of the province.
Coordinate with the authorities at the same level to strengthen inspection, examination, and handling of compliance with labor laws, the Trade Union Law, the Law on Social Insurance, Labor Safety and Hygiene, fire prevention and fighting for workers, promptly resolve collective work stoppages and labor disputes; petitions related to complaints and recommendations from workers to protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers.
Focus on implementing activities to care for practical rights of union members and workers, especially during the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo in 2026. Continue to implement union member welfare programs, survey, construction and repair of "Union Shelter" houses, social and charitable activities; special allowances for disadvantages.
Continue to promote major anniversaries and holidays of the industry, city, and country, continue to record the Gameshow " happy Tan ca" in 2025.
Actively review, mobilize, and promote the development of union members and the establishment of grassroots unions. For areas operating outside industrial parks, the Trade Union Working Committee, together with ward and commune trade unions, is responsible for assigning cadres, mobilizing the establishment of grassroots trade unions, and admitting union members.
