In the period 2026-2030, the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology identified 6 solutions to improve the quality of the "Good at work, good at home" movement.

The Vietnam Union of Science and Technology (CĐKHCNVN) is directly managing 53 affiliated trade unions with a total of 82,837 union members; female union members have 34,267 people, accounting for 41.36%.

According to CĐKHCNVN, female union members at trade union levels directly under the majority have high professional qualifications and education; many women hold positions in research, management, teaching, and technical operations; others work in service, technical, and logistics departments. Female union members are mainly concentrated in large units such as VNPT Trade Union with more than 14,000 female union members; VNPost Trade Union with more than 12,000 female union members; Vietnam Television Trade Union with more than 2,000 female union members; FPT Trade Union with over 1,000 female union members...

In the period 2020-2025, the movement "Good at state affairs, good at housework" at trade union levels under the Vietnam Science and Technology Union has achieved many important results. To further promote the effectiveness of this movement, in the period 2026-2030, the Vietnam Science and Technology Union identified 6 key solutions.

Linking the emulation movement with professional tasks and the requirements of developing science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation of agencies and units. The movement "Good at state affairs, good at home" closely follows the political and professional tasks of each agency and unit; associated with scientific research, innovation, technical improvement, administrative reform and digital transformation tasks.

Innovate the content of the movement in a practical direction, suitable to the specific characteristics of female officials, union members, and workers in the science and technology sector. Build the content of the movement in a specific and practical direction, associated with the characteristics of each target group, each unit block; pay attention to state management, non-business units, science and technology enterprises, research and digital transformation units.

Strengthen the care and protection of the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of female workers; build an equal and progressive working environment, creating conditions for women to develop and contribute. Trade union levels continue to promote their representative role, proactively coordinate to review, propose, participate in building and supervising the implementation of policies related to female workers, gender equality, population, family, children and female cadre work.

Innovating the method of organizing the movement, promoting the application of digital technology and improving the effectiveness of propaganda and dissemination of the movement. The movements are organized flexibly, suitable to the practical conditions of each agency and unit; promoting the effectiveness of direct forms combined with online, forums for exchanging and sharing experiences, and communication in the digital environment.

Improve the quality of emulation and commendation work and replicate advanced examples. Emulation and commendation work is carried out in a practical, public, and transparent direction, taking the results of professional tasks, scientific research, innovation and digital transformation as the main measure.

Consolidate the organization, improve the capacity of the contingent of cadres working in women's affairs. Continue to consolidate the organization, improve the quality of activities of the women's union committees at all levels in the direction of streamlining, efficiency, and suitability with the trade union organization model in the new situation.
