According to the Hanoi Employment Service Center, in the first 6 months of 2025, the Center has trained and improved skills for 4,240 people.

On June 29, Mr. Vu Quang Thanh - Deputy Director of the Hanoi Employment Service Center (Center) said that in the first 6 months of the year, the Center provided job counseling to 224,707 employees; provided counseling to 11,582 employers.

Through the Center, 32,865 people registered to find jobs. There are 4,240 people trained and improved by the Center; of which 4,000 people participate in job training courses, interviews, working in groups...

The center also does a good job of collecting vacant job information with 15,046 vacant job positions collected with information. Collecting information of 12,041 job seekers.

The center conducted interviews with 216 workers to contact for jobs, and at the same time completed the survey form for high school students to serve the construction of the Job Photo Newsletter for high school students and their families in 2025.

Notably, at mobile job fairs, the Center organizes interviews with business representatives using the structured sales method. This is a method of collecting detailed information by asking open questions about topics of interest to businesses, thereby providing the right human resources, meeting the needs of businesses.

In addition, the Center also deploys solutions to improve the effectiveness of handling unemployment benefits on the National Public Service Portal. In the first 6 months of the year, the total number of records received by the Center was 27,994 records. Of which, the number of approved records is 19,862 records (reaching 70.95%).
