On May 16, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) coordinated with the Provincial Red Cross Society to organize the 2025 Voluntary Blood Donation Festival for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers. The festival was attended by 700 union officials and union members of grassroots unions under the Provincial Government Trade Union, the Provincial Party Trade Union, the City Labor Federation, the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union and grassroots unions of central enterprises located in the area.
The 2025 Voluntary Blood Donation Festival has collected nearly 600 units of blood to supplement blood reserves in treating diseases for people.
This is the 7th consecutive year that the Tuyen Quang Provincial Federation of Labor has coordinated with the Red Cross Society to organize a voluntary blood donation program among union members and employees. Many collectives and individuals have outstanding achievements in propaganda, mobilizing union members, employees and directly participating in blood donation.
In the coming time, trade unions at all levels will continue to be proactive and implement propaganda and mobilization work to participate in the humanitarian blood donation and human saving movement. This is an activity of profound humanitarian significance, contributing to strengthening the great national unity bloc, enhancing patriotism and promoting the pioneering spirit of the working class.
