Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman - General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Fatherland Front (Fatherland Front) of Vietnam; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Mr. Hoang Cong Thuy, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front chaired the workshop.
The workshop was attended by Mr. Luong Quoc Doan, member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Farmers' Association; delegates from the National Assembly delegation of Nghe An province and delegates of the 15th National Assembly introduced by the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

The law project is built very urgently, seriously and synchronously with the process of researching, proposing amendments and supplements to the 2013 Constitution and developing and submitting to the competent authorities for consideration and approval of the scheme to arrange and streamline the Vietnam Fatherland Front Agency, socio -political organizations, mass associations assigned by the Party and State.
At the workshop, Vice Chairman Hoang Cong Thuy provided information to clarify some contents of amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution directly related to the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the draft Law.
Vice Chairman Hoang Cong Thuy mentioned the social supervision and criticism of Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio -political organizations. Accordingly, the Draft Law amended and supplemented in the direction of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in charge of implementing or consistent with socio -political organizations in the implementation of social supervision and criticism; Socio -political organizations shall assume the prime responsibility for supervision and criticism on the basis of unity of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (in Clause 1, Article 25, Clause 3, Article 26, Clause 1, Article 32 of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Law).
“This provision has just ensured the principle of socio -political organizations together with other member organizations of the Democratic Commerce Front, coordinating to unify the action under the chairmanship of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and promote the initiative and creativity of each socio -political organization. Besides, to ensure the uniformity and synchronization, the law has amended and supplemented the Union of the Union in the Union. of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in Clause 2, Article 28 of the Law on Youth ”, Vice Chairman Hoang Cong Thuy emphasized.

At the seminar, the delegates discussed and commented on the content of amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution directly related to the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Law, Trade Union Law, Youth Law, Law on Execution of Facility at the grassroots level.
