Coming to the job fair, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh (39 years old, To Huu, Hanoi) hopes to find a job in the human resources position after 5 years of resignation to take care of her young child.

Previously, I had experience in human resources and clerical positions, so this time returning, I prioritize finding jobs that match my expertise. Although the current market is quite competitive, I still hope to find a job to work. I hope with the accumulated experience before, I will find a stable environment with a salary of 10-15 million VND/month," Ms. Thanh Binh said.
Having experience in the position of sales staff, Mr. Pham Van Luan (37 years old, Ba Dinh ward, Hanoi) came to the session on March 18 hoping to find a new job that suits him.
Sharing about his plan to change career direction, Mr. Luan said: "With accumulated business experience, I expect to find a suitable job with an income of about 12 million VND/month and adequate remuneration policies. However, in addition to the issue of salaries and bonuses, what I am most concerned about and longing for is that businesses today need to pay more attention to listening and paying closer attention to the lives as well as the thoughts and aspirations of workers.
According to the Hanoi Employment Service Center, the online job transaction session connecting 10 provinces and cities on March 18th had the participation of localities: Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Cao Bang, Ninh Binh, Hung Yen, Quang Ninh, Lang Son, Hai Phong, Phu Tho. The session had 201 units participating, including 31 units in Hanoi, 21 units in Bac Ninh, 22 units in Thai Nguyen, 5 units in Cao Bang, 58 units in Ninh Binh, 5 units in Hung Yen, 18 units in Quang Ninh, 3 units in Lang Son, 8 units in Hai Phong, 3 units in Phu Tho.
The total recruitment demand at the session is 86,321 targets, of which the job transaction floor in Hanoi alone is 1,334 targets. The demand for recruiting workers with college and university degrees or higher is 17,516 people; the demand for recruiting workers with intermediate level, technical workers is 12,541 people; the demand for recruiting general labor is 56,554 people.
Regarding salary levels, there are 10,642 positions with salaries from 15 million VND/month or more; 54,584 positions with salaries from 10 - 15 million VND/month; 11,030 positions with salaries from 7 - 10 million VND/month; 8,361 positions with salaries from 5 - 7 million VND/month.
Regarding age groups, there are 33,566 positions recruited from groups 18 - 25 years old; 31,114 positions recruited from groups 26 - 34 years old; 21,641 positions recruited from 35 years old and above.
