Information from the Chairman of the Grassroots Trade Union Club of Japan - Hai Phong Industrial Park, the entire industrial park currently has 48 grassroots trade unions with 27,968 workers, 27,59 trade union members, including 18,687 female union members. The labor force is basically stable, skilled and has good industrial style, meeting the production requirements of enterprises.

Through the activities of the Grassroots Trade Union Chairman Club, the work of sharing experiences and supporting professional dialogue and negotiation is maintained regularly. Grassroots trade unions have organized periodic and unscheduled dialogues at the workplace; thereby receiving and resolving many recommendations from workers. The dialogue content focuses on salaries, bonuses, allowances, working conditions, production environment, occupational safety and health and health care regimes.

Thanks to dialogue, in 2025, units in industrial parks did not have collective labor disputes, no strikes occurred; stable labor relations.

From that dialogue platform, collective negotiation achieved many positive results. 82.5% of enterprises adjusted to increase the basic salary for employees, with an average increase of 213,000 VND/person/month. The average basic salary reached 6,117,000 VND/person/month; the average income of direct production workers reached 9,349,000 VND/person/month.

For Lunar New Year bonuses, 100% of enterprises pay bonuses to employees with an average bonus level of about 1.6 months' salary. Other welfare regimes continue to be maintained at a good level. Average attendance allowance reaches 292,000 VND/person/month; average travel allowance reaches 458,000 VND/person/month; average meal allowance reaches 30,000 VND/meal. In particular, 100% of enterprises organize periodic health check-ups for employees, with an average spending level of 692,000 VND/person.
