The 2025 Green Employment Report of ManpowerGroup, which surveyed more than 40,000 businesses from over 40 countries, shows that 91% of businesses do not have enough skilled human resources to achieve sustainable goals; the demand for green jobs has doubled in supply capacity. Notably, green transformation will directly affect the skills of 775 job positions.

The green working group is a role that appears in many core business functions, playing a key role in the development and long-term adaptability of businesses, including senior management and community impact, finance, marketing, legal, information technology and human resources/ human resources services.
