On September 1, Mr. Thai Ngoc Son - Chairman of the Phu Thuy Ward Union, Lam Dong Province - said that the Sea Links City Company's Union organized a Union Meal for more than 600 union members and workers of the company.
This is a tourism business unit with 644 union members/684 workers; of which, it is divided into 6 departmental unions.
In the joyful atmosphere at the tourist area near the sea, union members and workers enjoyed meals with many delicious dishes. The value of more than 600 meals is higher than usual due to additional costs supported by the union.
Mr. Nguyen Chi Tam - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union - said that due to the nature of welcoming tourists to relax during peak tourist season, workers take advantage of and divide their shifts to attend the Trade Union Meal.
This is also an activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
At the Union Meal, the Chairman of the Ward Union and the Executive Committee of the grassroots Union visited, encouraged and ate with union members and workers.
This is not just a meal but also an opportunity for union leaders, authorities, businesses and workers to sit together, share, listen and understand each other.
