According to Mr. Vu Ngoc San - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union, Hoang Lien Son Technical Quarter Joint Stock Company is an industrial production unit with nearly 200 workers working every day. Average income in the first 6 months of the year reached 11.8 million/person, of which the salary of direct production workers reached 10.8 million/person.
In the fields of engineering, production and quality management, the company has promoted solutions to save production costs as well as focusing on environmental protection, building a new wastewater treatment system according to modern standards.
In July, the company organized 7 groups to go on beach vacations in Nha Trang - Ninh Thuan - Sam Son with a total of 250 people including union members and relatives. The grassroots trade union also organized visits and presented gifts to the families of War Invalids and Martyrs, people with meritorious services to the revolution, Mr. Vu Ngoc San informed.
Mr. San also said that the company's daily meals are 25,000 VND/meal. Today the Union donated 50,000 VND, the total value of a meal is 75,000 VND.
