On March 5, the Quang Tri Provincial Federation of Labor (PLF) said that it had just received 200 sets of Ao Dai presented by the Women's Union of Quang Tri Petroleum Company and Quang Tri Telecommunications Union.
The Ao Dai sent out this time are not only material gifts but also contain the love and sharing from female union members, officers and employees of the two units.
Each ao dai is clean, straight, folded and carefully packaged in a small bag before being given away. This is the thoughtfulness and respect that the women show to female workers, women's union members and workers' children in difficult circumstances.
Previously, since 2021, the Quang Tri Provincial Federation of Labor launched the "Ao Dai Tinh Yeu" program and many units responded and participated. In 2024 alone, the Quang Tri Provincial Federation of Labor received more than 2,000 sets of Ao Dai, and these Ao Dai were given back to female workers.
This program not only contributes to practically supporting female workers in difficult circumstances, helping them have more suitable clothes to wear on special occasions, but also spreads profound humanitarian meaning.
In the coming time, Trade Unions at all levels in Quang Tri will continue to expand the "Ao Dai Luong Tinh" program, contributing to joining hands to care for female union members and workers, while spreading the beauty of the Vietnamese ao dai in modern life.
