The conference announced the Central Government's Decision to establish socio-political organizations, including: Establishing the Provincial Farmers' Association, Establishing the Provincial Women's Union, Establishing the Provincial Veterans Association, Establishing the Provincial Labor Federation and the Provincial Youth Union.
The conference also announced the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Ca Mau Provincial Labor Federation, term 2023 - 2028, with 19 members. Comrade Huynh Ut Muoi, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, also served as Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation.
Announcing the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Ca Mau Provincial Veterans Association for the 2022-2027 term, 33 comrades. Comrade Truong Dung Tien, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, also became Chairman of the Provincial Veterans Association.
Announcing the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Provincial Women's Union as 25 comrades. Comrade Le Thi Ngoc Linh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, also served as Chairwoman of the Provincial Women's Union.
Announcing the Decision to appoint the Provisional Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Ca Mau province as 45 comrades. Comrade Pham Tuan Tai, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, also served as Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union.
