Along with that, localities, agencies and units are also actively cleaning up the environment, creating a clean and beautiful aesthetic appearance. Decorative activities with butterfly flags and banners are also widely deployed. Border and vertical banners are hung on all roads, headquarters of agencies and units, including headquarters of hamlets and villages.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan, a trader at Ward 3 market, Bac Lieu city, shared: The fashion of Bac Lieu city is no longer there, Bac Lieu province is no longer there, but the rest is the personality of Bac Lieu people. I think the merger of the two provinces is to strengthen it, not to weaken it. At first, buying and selling may be a bit difficult, but gradually it will develop more.
At the meeting of retired cadres of Bac Lieu province on the morning of June 29, Mr. Truong Cong Dang - former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Bac Lieu province - shared: Bac Lieu and Ca Mau are two localities rich in revolutionary traditions, imbued with the cultural identity of the South, each with its own sact but all share a resilient, affectionate and creative spirit. Local authorities are using many forms of information to help people clearly understand the headquarters addresses of agencies, especially the addresses of the Public Administration Service Centers at the commune and provincial levels, along with the phone number of the person in charge for citizens and businesses to conveniently contact.
The celebration activities are taking place enthusiastically, demonstrating the consensus and determination of the Party Committee, government and people of Bac Lieu in successfully implementing the merger event, towards a prosperous development future.
Previously, on the evening of June 28, at Hung Vuong Square (Ward 1, Bac Lieu City), the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Lieu province, under the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, began organizing a training program for the art program with the theme "Ca Mau: Solidarity in development - Steadfast in the future".
The program in coordination with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ca Mau will officially air live on television between the two localities at 7:00 p.m. on June 30.
It is expected that each location will welcome about 600 invited delegates and it is estimated that 2,000 people will come to watch. This activity aims to spread the excitement among the people before the important event of the locality.
