On January 25, the Trade Union Committee of Dak Lak Provincial Police said that the unit had just coordinated with Emulation Cluster No. 3 of Hanoi City Police to organize a groundbreaking ceremony for the housing construction for the household of Mr. Ho Ngoc Luu, residing in Hoa Xuan commune, Dak Lak province.
Mr. Luu's family is subject to policy. During the floods in November 2025, his family's house almost completely collapsed, causing many difficulties and deprivations in life.
Understanding that situation, the Trade Union Committee of Dak Lak Provincial Police together with the Party Committee and People's Committee of Hoa Xuan commune mobilized Emulation Cluster No. 3 of Hanoi City Police to support the construction of a new house for his family with the amount of 200 million VND.
Representatives of the Dak Lak Provincial Police Trade Union said that the house is built on an area of 44m2, including a living room, bedroom, toilet and flood protection guard.
It is expected that the project will be completed before the 2026 Binh Ngo Tet, contributing to ensuring safety and stable long-term life for the family.
