Currently, the Provincial Labor Federation is directing and guiding grassroots trade unions to review union members and workers in difficult circumstances to organize visits and Tet gifts.
The care work focuses on cases of job loss, illness, labor accidents, and natural disasters... Thereby, to ensure that all union members and workers have a joyful and warm Tet.
According to Mr. Hoang, recently the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation has deployed and guided 4,300 union members to participate in the online "Spring Trade Union Tet Market 2026" program. These are union members in difficult circumstances but with outstanding achievements in labor and production.
Each union member is given an online shopping voucher worth 500,000 VND, with free shipping support. Up to now, most union members have successfully purchased and received goods.
In addition, from trade union financial resources, the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation presented 5,000 Tet gifts to union members and workers, each worth 500,000 VND.
Not only at the provincial level, commune, ward, special zone trade unions and grassroots trade unions also proactively balance resources to care for and give Tet gifts to union members and workers. Trade union levels actively mobilize units and businesses to accompany and support additional resources to organize spring and Tet celebration activities.
A highlight during this year's Lunar New Year is the "Trade Union Year-end Meal" program organized by grassroots trade unions. The value of each meal includes 70,000 VND from trade union financial resources, along with additional support from businesses and units.
These practical activities contribute to bringing Tet reunion to union members and workers. At the same time, strengthening the connection between workers and trade union organizations and businesses," Mr. Hoang shared.
