According to the leader of the XI regional social insurance, the current health insurance system is mainly operating on electronic data. When an employee goes to medical examination and treatment, the health facility will look up the information of workers on the system of Vietnam Social Insurance. The most important information is the social insurance code, full name, date, month, year of birth and the condition of the card is still valid.
