Article 19. Responsibilities of professional medical examination and treatment facilities
1. Be responsible for coordinating with employers when requested to: plan and conduct health checks before arranging work, health checks to detect occupational diseases according to regulations.
2. Organize occupational disease consultations (if necessary) in accordance with the law on medical examination and treatment; be responsible before the law for the results of occupational disease diagnosis.
3. Participate in the medical examination councils at all levels to assess occupational diseases (on request).
4. Building, updating, connecting and sharing data from the Occupational Disease Database with the National Health Database in accordance with the provisions of law for the contents specified in Clause 3, Article 21 of this Circular.
