At the Conference, Mr. Nguyen The Manh - former General Director of Vietnam Social Insurance and Mr. Le Hung Son - Director of Vietnam Social Insurance signed a Minutes of handover of the duties of the head of Vietnam Social Insurance.
Previously, on February 24, the Central Executive Committee issued Decision No. 1939-QDNS/TW to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen The Manh, General Director of Vietnam Social Insurance, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Department.
On February 26, the Minister of Finance issued Decision No. 458/QD-BTC to receive and appoint Mr. Le Hung Son, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Social Insurance, to hold the position of Director of Vietnam Social Insurance under the Ministry of Finance.
According to Decree No. 29/ND-CP dated February 24, 2025 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance and Decision No. 391/QD-BTC dated February 26, 2025 of the Minister of Finance stipulating the functions, powers and organizational structure of Vietnam Social Insurance under the Ministry of Finance, accordingly, Vietnam Social Insurance is restructured into a special unit under the Ministry of Finance.
