Speaking at the conference, Deputy Minister of Finance Bui Van Khang requested that Vietnam Social Insurance urgently stabilize operations under the new apparatus, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency; strongly apply information technology, digital transformation to work in the digital environment, serving people without dividing administrative boundaries. Vietnam Social Security leaders also need to stick to the grassroots, do a good job of decentralization and delegation of authority to make the system operate smoothly; urgently perfect regulations and rules, and reduce intermediary steps.
