After nearly 31 years of dedication to the education sector, teacher Ho sit Lan (Union Member, Vice Principal of Hoa Ban Kindergarten) has also accompanied the Union organization for so much time, always devoted to her work and ready to share and accompany her colleagues to overcome difficulties. It is that enthusiasm and dedication that has helped her receive the trust of the school's Board of Directors, leaders of the superior Trade Union, colleagues, parents and students.
Talking about the reason for choosing the teaching profession, this teacher shared: "I chose the preschool teacher profession because of my love for young people and the desire to nurture future preschools, but to stay long-term, I need courage and a high sense of responsibility".
In addition to teaching, Ms. Lan always cares, explores and contributes practical opinions to improve professional quality, contributing to building a solid foundation for the school. To do that, she constantly trains herself, while encouraging colleagues to stay responsible, live simply, be sociable and dedicated to her profession, and be ready to face all challenges.
Commenting on her female colleague, teacher Do Thi Hao - Principal of the school said: "In professional matters, Ms. Lan always has a sense of responsibility, proactiveness, passion, and is devoted to her profession".
Although busy with work, Ms. Lan always knows how to arrange her time reasonably, taking care of both school and homework. Not only is she dedicated to her education, she is also an exemplary wife and mother, working with her husband to build a family, raising children to be well-educated and good at studying.
