According to information from the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board, in the first phase of December, 8 enterprises in industrial parks had recruitment needs with a total of 2,201 workers. Of these, Regina Miracle International Vietnam Co., Ltd. (VSIP Industrial Park), specializing in the production of clothes, underwear, masks, and protective clothing, had the largest recruitment need with 1,118 workers, mainly unskilled workers. Since the beginning of 2024, this company has also recruited nearly 12,000 workers, of which 625 are trained workers, the rest are unskilled workers.
Next is Lianyue Vietnam Co., Ltd. (An Duong Industrial Park), specializing in the production of electronic equipment, phones, and computers, with a need to recruit 650 workers. This year, the company has recruited 2,000 workers, 10% of whom have degrees and certificates.
Toyoda Gosei Hai Phong Co., Ltd. (Japan Industrial Park - Hai Phong), specializing in manufacturing bags and steering wheels, also needs to recruit 300 more workers this time.
Enterprises with a need to recruit less than 50 workers such as OKI Vietnam Co., Ltd., Baoshen Vietnam Printing Co., Ltd. (Trang Due Industrial Park) are recruiting 50 workers; Viet Nhat High-grade Steel Joint Stock Company (Nam Cau Kien Industrial Park) is recruiting 20 workers, Phong Dai Paper Company - Taiwan (Japan Industrial Park - Hai Phong) is recruiting 10 workers...
Faced with the high demand for recruitment at the end of the year, recently, the Youth Union of Hai Phong Economic Zone coordinated with DEEP C Industrial Park Complex to organize the DEEP C 2024 Job Fair.
