According to Article 50 of Decree 152/2025/ND-CP (effective from July 1, 2025), the bonus level for emulation titles is implemented as follows:
* For individuals:
- The title of "National Emulation Fighter" is awarded a Certificate, frame, Badge, Badge container and is rewarded 4.5 times the basic salary;
- The title of emulation fighter of ministries, departments, branches, and provinces is awarded with a Certificate, frame, Badge, and a container of Badge and is rewarded with 3.0 times the basic salary;
- The title of "Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level" is awarded a Certificate, a framework and is rewarded 1.0 times the basic salary;
- The title of "Advanced Worker" and "Advanced Soldier" is awarded 0.3 times the basic salary.
* For the collective:
- The title of "Excellent Labor Collective", "Determined-to-Win Unit" is awarded a Certificate, framework and is rewarded 1.5 times the basic salary;
- The title of "Advanced Labor Collective" and "Advanced Unit" is awarded 0.8 times the basic salary;
- The title of typical commune, ward, or special zone is awarded a Certificate, framework and is rewarded with 2.0 times the basic salary;
- The title of cultural village or residential group is awarded a Certificate, a framework and is rewarded 1.5 times the basic salary;
- The title of "Emulation Flag of the Government" is awarded with a flag and is rewarded with 12.0 times the basic salary;
- Emulation flag title of ministries, departments, branches, and provinces is awarded with flags and is rewarded with 8.0 times the basic salary;
- Emulation flag title of military regions, military companies, military branches, general departments and equivalents under the Ministry of National Defense, Government Cipher Committee; Emulation flag of the National University is awarded and is rewarded with 6.0 times the basic salary.
Currently, the basic salary is 2,340,000 VND/month, according to Decree No. 73/2024/ND-CP.
According to Clause 2, Article 3 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation 2022, emulation titles are a form of recognition, commendation, honor and encouragement with material benefits for individuals, groups and households with achievements in emulation.
