Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) Phan Van Anh attended and gave a speech at the conference. Also attending were representatives of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, leaders of a number of departments, branches and sectors of the province and 104 outstanding union and labor union officials who were commended and rewarded.
Over the past 5 years, the Provincial Federation of Labor has focused on leading, directing and launching the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers" suitable for each level, industry, unit, and enterprise, contributing to the successful completion of the province's socio-economic development tasks.
Through emulation movements, there have been many topics, initiatives, improvements, many solutions and creative ideas of workers that have been registered for implementation. Many topics and initiatives have been applied to practical management and production to bring high socio-economic efficiency.
In the period of 2020 - 2025, more than 43,000 technical innovation and production rationalization initiatives have been applied to production. Of which, 385 initiatives were recognized as provincial-level initiatives; 172 outstanding individuals were awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit.
Speaking at the conference, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Phan Van Anh acknowledged and commended the achievements as well as the great contributions of cadres, workers, employees and the Ninh Binh Provincial Trade Union in the period of 2020 - 2025.
The Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor emphasized that the period of 2025 - 2030 is a period of great significance in organizing the successful implementation of the Resolution of the First Ninh Binh Provincial Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term, the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party and the Resolution of the Vietnam Trade Union Congress for the upcoming term.
Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Phan Van Anh suggested that trade unions at all levels and the team of workers and laborers in Ninh Binh province promote their internal resources, enthusiastically take the lead in launching and implementing emulation movements.
At the same time, continue to promote and promote the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers" with specific tasks.
Launch a labor emulation movement, creativity associated with science, technology and comprehensive digital transformation in all fields. Trade unions at all levels in the province must regularly pay attention to launching the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers", focusing on quality, efficiency, paying attention to practical values, applicable capabilities and economic efficiency.
Emulation movements must contribute to building a strong Trade Union organization; the content and goals of emulation must be specific, close to the requirements of the task, and suitable to the actual situation of each locality, unit, and enterprise.
The emulation movement must be widely implemented in all levels of trade unions and union members. Effectively organize emulation movements associated with the implementation of the province's socio-economic targets and tasks as well as the political tasks of the Trade Union organization.
Timely commendation, reward, encouragement, and honor of typical examples and models, creating strong motivation for the emulation movement to develop and spread widely to union members and workers in the province.
At the conference, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Phan Van Anh awarded the Creative Labor Certificate of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to 4 employees. On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor also awarded certificates to 100 outstanding workers in the emulation movement for Good workers and creative workers in the period of 2020 - 2025.
