In addition, the Trade Union recommends that businesses develop policies to encourage workers to make improvements every quarter.
"The enterprise has a very clear policy, conveying it to each production team and each production line. Every 3 months, we will evaluate the individuals who are most diligent, do a good job and are most creative. Good workers will be rewarded with VND900,000, and team leaders will be rewarded with VND1.6-2 million. Recently, the company has continued to organize monthly reviews, each group will select 2 individuals who are diligent and have many initiatives. The company will organize monthly gratitude in cash for these individuals. At the same time, it is listed on the company's commendation board" - Ms. Le Thi Huong shared.
Many initiatives appear to benefit businesses
From the encouragement of the grassroots trade union and the policies of the enterprise, workers have been encouraged to work hard and continuously have initiatives. According to the company's Trade Union, most departments and groups have initiatives and improvements.
Notably, the initiative to apply 5S and Lean methods in the factory of Ms. Le Thi Huong - Chairwoman of the company's Trade Union. Previously, the company managed manually and inefficiently. Ms. Huong recommended that the company apply 5S and Lean methods in the factory. Since applying the 5S method (cleaning, arranging, cleaning, caring and readiness), the company has aroused the sense of responsibility, volunteerism and self-awareness of staff and employees.
Ms. Le Thi Huong also gave an initiative and suggested that the company build an automatic KPI table to monitor output, error rate, and consumption level. The data is reported daily, helping the company's leaders manage in a timely manner and make decisions for adjustment. Thereby improving efficiency and helping teams grasp specific products and required output that are implemented daily.
In safety work, there is an initiative to install automatic water spraying for the vacuum cleaning system of Mr. Dao Dinh Tho - Head of Safety Department.
I researched the initiative to install automatic fire detectors and water spraying. If a ray of fire is detected, the sensor will immediately turn off the vacuum cleaner and spray water to put out the fire to keep the factory safe. My initiative has been applied by the company to contribute to ensuring the safety of the factory," said Mr. Dao Dinh Tho.
In the maintenance department, Mr. Ho Dac Hung invented a low-chassis car with 4 flexible spinning wheels. This vehicle helps to load goods quickly and is safer when loaded onto a regular pallet.
In the warehouse department, workers are aware of saving raw materials. Ms. Tran Thi Truc Ly (35 years old, from Hau Giang) has an initiative to take advantage of excess wood to make pallets of goods.
"We have taken advantage of waste discharged into the environment to continue recycling it into rear production materials. The effect is to reduce production costs and reduce waste that affects the environment, said Ms. Tran Thi Truc Ly.
