On May 16, the grassroots Trade Union of My Lan Group (Long Duc Industrial Park) organized the program "Thank you to workers" in 2026, within the series of activities of Workers' Month, to show gratitude and honor the contributions of union members and workers.
Attending were Ms. Vo Thi Thu Oanh - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation, Ms. Bui Thi Nhan - General Director of My Lan Joint Stock Company and My Lan Electronics and Optical Joint Stock Company, along with the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union and more than 100 union members and workers.
Speaking at the opening, Ms. Hua Kim Thanh - Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union of My Lan Group emphasized that employees are the core force creating sustainable development value for the business.
Ms. Hua Kim Thanh said that each product, each order carries the imprint of dedication, spirit of overcoming difficulties and creative efforts of workers.
The "Thank you workers" program is a practical activity, expressing gratitude and affirming the bridge role of trade unions between businesses and workers.
At the same time, it contributes to building a harmonious, stable, and progressive working environment, creating motivation for workers to feel secure and attached for a long time. In a warm atmosphere, union members exchanged many contents about solidarity in production, technical innovation initiatives and caring for workers' lives.
Speaking at the program, Ms. Vo Thi Thu Oanh - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation highly appreciated the working environment and creative spirit of workers at My Lan Group.
Ms. Oanh suggested that in the coming time, workers continue to promote initiatives, maintain stable production, and improve work efficiency. At the same time, businesses and trade unions need to continue to organize many practical activities to strengthen the connection between the two sides.
On this occasion, the grassroots Trade Union of My Lan Group presented gifts to union members who have been attached to the trade union organization for over 10 years.
