The Trade Union of Industrial Parks of Hai Duong province organized a training course on the amended Trade Union Law and the amended Law on Social Insurance. The conference provided detailed information on workers' rights, pension regimes and unemployment insurance. The Trade Union Law (amended), effective from July 1, 2025, adds many important contents, including expanding the right to join the Trade Union for workers without labor relations, enhancing the supervisory role of the Trade Union and providing detailed regulations on Trade Union finances.
The conference also updated important changes in the Law on Social Insurance (amended), aiming to expand the scope of insurance and improve the rights of employees, especially in retirement, unemployment insurance and social allowances.
