Hai Duong promotes gender equality in the Trade Union

The Hai Duong Provincial Federation of Labor requires all levels of Trade Unions to increase propaganda of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on gender equality and the advancement of women in practical and effective forms, in line with the reality of the unit.

Focus on integrating communication content on gender equality and for the advancement of women in implementing the tasks of women's work, programs in coordination with Women's Union Associations at all levels; promote the application of information technology and types of communication on digital platforms suitable for each group of subjects and each locality; pay attention to prominent issues that cause social concern such as gender-based violence, violence, harassment, abuse of women and children, marriage brokerage with foreign elements...

In addition, the Hai Duong Provincial Federation of Labor requires all levels of the Trade Unions to proactively review and evaluate the situation of female cadres participating in leadership and management in the trade union system to propose the development of a plan for training, fostering, planning and using female cadres according to the appropriate roadmap.

Proactively integrate the contents of inspection and supervision of the implementation of policies and laws related to gender equality, for the progress of women in inspections and supervision by the Trade Union organization, focusing on inspection and supervision at units that employ many female workers.
