Mr. Lai The Phuc (production area security officer, member of the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell of Chutex International Company Limited, Di An City), is one of the party members admired and loved by the employees in the company. Mr. Phuc was introduced and officially admitted to the party in 2021.
During his work, Mr. Phuc was evaluated by his colleagues as a responsible, dynamic, creative, and flexible person in performing tasks; providing solutions that were agreed to be implemented by the company, bringing economic efficiency.
Mr. Phuc had the initiative to work with the warehouse manager to directly count and monitor imported and exported goods for processing, check import and export documents, and ensure that only the correct documents are allowed to be exported and imported, thereby minimizing the loss of the company's goods.
Mr. Phuc observed the safety risks when workers changed shifts. That was the time when the factory stopped operating so that the day shift workers could go home and the night shift workers could come in. At this time, the factory was not under safety control. Mr. Phuc suggested that the units coordinate to protect the outer perimeter and regularly patrol areas prone to fire and explosion, thereby ensuring the safety of the factory.
According to the Binh Duong Provincial Federation of Labor, during his time working at the company, Mr. Phuc and his colleagues implemented innovative ideas to help the company avoid loss of goods, increase productivity, and bring high efficiency.
Building employee trust in trade unions
Not only does he complete his work well, Mr. Phuc is also an active participant in union activities. He always improves the skills and knowledge of union work for the Executive Committee members and union group leaders.
He built connections and solidarity between the teams, departments and employees in the company. The organization has a team of union officials who are the place to convey union information as well as the place to receive contributions and questions from employees in a timely manner for the Executive Board of the Company's Union. From there, it has increasingly created trust among employees in the Union organization.
Mr. Phuc regularly pays attention to the work of developing union members, continuing to innovate the content and methods of operation to attract employees to the union organization. Up to now, 100% of the company's employees have joined the Trade Union, achieving both quantity and quality. With that effort, in recent years, the Trade Union has always been classified as strong and excellent.
Mr. Phuc and the company's Trade Union Executive Board have successfully negotiated and signed the Collective Labor Agreement for many years. Bringing favorable terms to employees and always receiving the consensus from the Board of Directors as well as employees in the whole company; participating in implementing solutions to contribute to building harmonious and stable labor relations in the enterprise; advising the company's Board of Directors to ensure policies for employees such as: signing labor contracts, paying social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance at a rate of 100%.
Mr. Phuc also organizes activities to provide healthy entertainment for workers; promptly cares for, visits and encourages staff, workers and their families when they are sick or ill...
