On November 25, the grassroots trade union of Hau Giang Urban Construction - Water Supply and Drainage Joint Stock Company held its 7th Congress, term 2025-2030.
During his term, the Trade Union promoted its role as a bridge, closely coordinating with the government to build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations. Caring for the lives of union members and workers (Union, Labor) is identified as a key, continuous task and implemented with many practical and meaningful activities.
The unit has presented 1,719 gifts with a budget of nearly 514 million VND on the occasion of Lunar New Year; presented 1,653 gifts with a total budget of nearly 277 million VND on the occasion of the anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union; visited and supported 282 cases of union members (married, in-laws, sick) with a total amount of 146.4 million VND.
Emulation and reward work has been implemented systematically, becoming a strong motivation to motivate employees to work enthusiastically and be creative. The work of developing union members has been of interest with 67 newly admitted members, ensuring the continuous strength of the organization. The grassroots trade union also introduced an excellent member for the Party to consider admitting, demonstrating his role as a reliable reserve source of the Party.
In the 2025 - 2030 term, the unit strives for 100% of members to study and thoroughly grasp the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws and the Resolutions of the Trade Union; 100% of members and employees participate in contributing to social funds launched by the superior Trade Union; every year, mobilize the construction and donation of at least 2 Trade Union Shelters....

The Congress elected 7 comrades to the Executive Committee of the new term Trade Union; elected 1 official delegate and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 1st Congress of the Can Tho City Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030. Mr. Quach Minh Hien was re-elected as Chairman of the Trade Union of Hau Giang Urban Construction - Water Supply and Drainage Joint Stock Company.
