On November 24, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tao - Director of Lam Dong General Hospital - said that the unit's trade union always accompanies the Board of Directors in all activities.
Currently, the hospital has 793 staff, doctors, civil servants and workers, all of whom have joined the trade union organization. In the 2023-2025 term, the union admitted 157 new union members and introduced 46 people to the Party organization for admission consideration.
The Executive Committee of the trade union actively participates in hospital management and operation; organizes emulation movements, improves cultural qualifications and fosters professional expertise.
Union members and workers have united and actively responded, with 26 scientific research topics and 2 initiatives recognized, contributing to improving the quality of medical examination, treatment, diagnosis and treatment.
The hospital maintains a salary of 7.5 million VND/month, an additional income of 2.5 million VND/month for civil servants and employees. The union takes care of sick people, parties, holidays, organizes culture, sports, birthdays, entertainment, rewards the children of workers... with a total budget of more than 4 billion VND.
Entering the 2025-2030 term, the union will continue to protect the legitimate rights of union members and improve the quality of life.
The Trade Union also coordinated with the Board of Directors of Lam Dong General Hospital to mobilize and support workers to improve their professional qualifications. Thereby, contributing to improving the quality of medical examination, treatment and health care for people in the province.
