During the past term, the Hospital Trade Union has coordinated with employers to arrange labor reasonably, promote democracy at the grassroots level, ensure the Organization and Operation Regulations; actively care for the lives of union members and workers on holidays and Tet.
Every year, the Trade Union organizes tours for cadres, civil servants, and workers (CBVC-NLD) with a total amount of 50.3 million VND; coordinates with the government to organize periodic health check-ups for all CBVC-NLD, with a total cost of nearly 25 million VND. The Trade Union also widely deploys to members, civil servants and employees to contribute to the Golden Heart Fund; Fund for the Poor; support areas affected by natural disasters and flood protection.
Currently, the hospital union has 65 union members, accounting for 100% of the total number of employees. Since the beginning of the term, the unit has introduced 12 outstanding union members to the Party for consideration of admission.
Speaking at the conference, Vice President of the Can Tho City Labor Federation (CLF) Tran Tu Nhien - acknowledged and highly appreciated the tireless efforts of the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union and union members and employees at the hospital in the past term with many outstanding results.
Entering the 2025 - 2030 term, the Vice President of the City Labor Federation suggested that the Hospital Trade Union continue to innovate the organization and operation of the Trade Union in line with the new situation; focus on performing well the role of participating in developing and supervising the implementation of Internal Spending Regulations, Grassroots Democracy Regulations; propose solutions to improve working conditions, increase income, reduce pressure on employees; launch and effectively maintain in-depth and creative emulation movements to improve quality, work efficiency, enhance the reputation of the unit...
