On January 14, Task Force No. 6 of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation (LDLD) organized a meeting with trade unions of communes, wards, and grassroots trade unions (CDCS) in the area.
According to Task Force No. 6 of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, there are 363 grassroots trade unions in the area, with more than 75,000 workers and laborers. Through grasping the reality, most businesses have correctly implemented regulations on regional minimum wages, and there has been no situation of salary arrears or delays at the end of the year. Labor relations are generally stable and harmonious, so that businesses can maintain production and workers can feel secure and attached.
Currently, Tet care work in the area of Task Force No. 6 managing the area is taking place actively. Many grassroots trade unions participating in the meeting said that salaries, bonuses, and welfare benefits of workers in the area are guaranteed. In addition to bonuses, Tet gifts..., year-end care forms are being implemented flexibly by some units, suitable to practical conditions.
For example, a representative of the grassroots trade union of Greentech Headgear Co., Ltd. (Nghia Thanh commune) said that the enterprise has planned and notified the collective of workers about Tet bonuses, ensuring compliance with the collective labor agreement signed. In addition, the trade union also has Tet gifts sent to all working workers.
Many other units also said to ensure welfare benefits and Tet bonuses for workers.
Task Force No. 6 of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation requested trade unions of communes, wards, and grassroots trade unions in the area to continue to closely monitor and closely monitor the implementation of year-end salaries and bonuses; at the same time, coordinate to mobilize resources to care for and contribute to helping workers celebrate Tet peacefully, warmly and fully.
