At the ceremony, the Decision to establish the model "Ba Chua and nho Con born Club" with 39 members headed by Ms. Le Ngoc Phu Nga was approved.
It is known that Freeview Vietnam Co., Ltd. has 13,000 employees, with about 10,000 female employees. Of which, about 1,000 women are pregnant and raising young children. Therefore, the establishment of this specialized club is very practical.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Ngo Thi Thuy Trang affirmed: the establishment of the club not only helps female workers have a common environment at the workplace to share experiences and knowledge during pregnancy and raising young children... but also demonstrates and suggests innovation and improvement of women's activities in grassroots trade unions to meet the requirements of the new tasks of the trade union organization in the new context.
Enjoying this event, Mr. Charley - Deputy General Director of Freeview Vietnam Co., Ltd. - said that the company always identifies taking care of the lives and health of workers, especially female workers during pregnancy and raising young children, as one of the important policies. Therefore, the Company's leaders are very happy and pledged to accompany the Trade Union to create the most favorable conditions for the most effective operation of the " carried-on and parenting club" model.
On this occasion, the Trade Union Department of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Dong Thap province also presented 39 gifts including free health check-ups worth 1.5 million VND/Gift and gift baskets worth 550,000 VND from socialized sources.
