On January 11, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation said that Ha Tinh Urban Environment and Construction Joint Stock Company has just organized a conference to summarize activities in 2025 associated with the Workers' Conference in 2026.
In 2025, in the context of many difficulties, the collective of officials, union members, and company employees united and made efforts to complete and exceed the plan: revenue reached nearly 148 billion VND (110% of the plan); pre-tax profit of 9 billion VND (111%); state budget contribution of 8 billion VND (120%). Average income of employees reached 8 million VND/person/month; social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance regimes were fully implemented with an amount of 6.7 billion VND.
At the conference, the Company launched the 2026 emulation movement, signed emulation agreements between units and collective labor agreements between the Board of Directors and the Trade Union, affirming the companionship in caring for the rights of workers.
On this occasion, the Company collective was honored to receive the Government's Excellent Emulation Flag; many collectives and individuals were commended by all levels for their outstanding achievements in 2025.
