Officers and non-commissioned officers of the People's Public Security mobilized to hold positions of the Commune Police are entitled to special allowances such as for police officers in charge of commune security and order; regimes prescribed for working areas (if any) and other regimes and policies prescribed by the Ministry of Public Security.

Officers and non-commissioned officers of the People's Public Security who cease to hold positions of the Commune Police will enjoy other regimes and policies according to regulations for officers in new positions.
