Policies and regimes for subjects belonging to the armed forces include:
1- Early retirement policy due to organizational restructuring
The subjects of the armed forces from (1) to (5) are regulated under Decree 67/2025/ND-CP on early retirement, and are entitled to the following regimes: Receive a one-time pension for early retirement.
Receive early retirement policy according to the working period with compulsory social insurance payment and the number of years of early retirement.

2- Early retirement policy due to staff streamlining, restructuring and improving the quality of cadres, civil servants and public employees
Subjects in Clause (6) on armed forces are entitled to the regime and policies when streamlining the apparatus according to Decree 67 but retire early, are entitled to the early retirement policy according to the working period with compulsory social insurance payment and the number of years of early retirement.
Receive a one-time pension for early retirement.
3- Early retirement policy for cadres who are not old enough to be reappointed or reappointed or meet the age requirements for reappointment or reappointment
Cadres who are not old enough to be re-elected or reappointed or meet the age requirements for early retirement, are entitled to early retirement policies according to the working period with compulsory social insurance payment and the number of years of early retirement.
Receive a one-time pension for early retirement equal to 1 month of current salary multiplied by the number of months of early retirement compared to the prescribed retirement date.
4- Policy for cadres whose working time is extended
The one-time pension is equal to 30 months of current salary and is subject to social insurance according to the provisions of the law on social insurance.
5- once-in-a-lifetime policy
Subjects in Clauses (1) and (5) on the armed forces are entitled to the regime and policies when streamlining the apparatus according to Decree 67, who are 2 years or more old and have reached the retirement age prescribed in Appendix I, Appendix II issued with Decree 135/2020/ND-CP and are not eligible for the early retirement policy if they quit their jobs, they are entitled to the following regimes:
Receive severance pay. Receive a subsidy of 1.5 months of current salary for each year of work with compulsory social insurance contributions.
Receive social insurance payment period reserved or receive one-time social insurance according to the provisions of the law on social insurance.
Receive a subsidy of 3 months of current salary to find a job.
6- Policy for cadres, civil servants, and public employees in leadership and management positions who cease to hold leadership and management positions or are elected or appointed to leadership and management positions with lower position allowances due to organizational restructuring.
7- Training and fostering policies to improve the qualifications of cadres, civil servants and public employees after the reorganization.
