"In this year's recruitment round, I introduced my younger sister and her husband from Binh Duong to work at My Phong Company to work near their home and hope they will do well to have more stable income for their family" - Ms. Loan added.

Maintaining workers' feet with income and benefits

The attractive treatment regime of companies in Tra Vinh, including paying salaries on time, Tet bonuses and many gifts, is helping to retain employees to ensure stability in production.

According to Mr. Hai, to increase the salary and retain employees at the company to work long-term, the company has applied a policy of increasing salaries by salary scale for workers every 2 years. Each increase is 600,000 to 700,000 VND. High-yield workers or those who have studied additional production techniques at many stages will be able to receive early salary increases, Mr. Hai added.

Mr. Dinh Van Hieu - Chairman of the Trade Union of Tra Bac Joint Stock Company - shared that the company gives workers a Tet bonus with a bonus equivalent to 2 months' income for each worker, the lowest is 20 million VND.

"The union proposes that the company give workers Tet gifts worth 500,000 VND each, showing concern and care for the lives of workers, contributing to maintaining a stable working environment and sustainable development" - Mr. Hieu added.
