Talking to reporters, a representative of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation said that they are still closely monitoring the situation to protect the rights of workers.
Currently, the business owner is a foreigner and the company's authorized personnel are not present.

The Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation and relevant agencies recommend that the company contact the business owner to return to the company to decide the business performance. In case the company no longer produces, it will carry out procedures to terminate the contract with the employee. From there, carry out procedures to close social insurance books, so that workers can find new jobs.
A leader of the Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance Agency said that the unit's representative and the People's Committee of Tan Uyen Ward are also working with the above enterprise on the debt to pay social insurance for employees.

Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper reported that a clip was circulating online about hundreds of workers gathering inside L.H Vietnam Production Trading Company Limited to demand the company to pay salaries and related insurance regimes. Workers have asked the company to pay 50% of August 2025 salary to 1,272 employees with a total amount of VND 9.039 billion.
Immediately afterwards, officials from the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation coordinated with agencies to resolve the issue. The parties agreed with the business representative, found a solution and made a record of the incident. After that, the enterprise paid wages (9 billion VND) to workers on the evening of September 19.
