Ha Tinh Provincial Election Commission has just announced the election results and the list of winning delegates of the Provincial People's Council for the 2026-2031 term.
Among the 58 people elected as delegates to the Provincial People's Council for the 2026-2031 term is Mr. Nguyen The Hoan - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Provincial Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation.
Mr. Nguyen The Hoan was born on October 18, 1979. Hometown in Thien Cam commune, Ha Tinh province. Professional qualifications: Master of Political Science.
Previously, the action program for running for Ha Tinh Provincial People's Council delegate for the 2026-2031 term of Mr. Nguyen The Hoan stated clearly: No matter what task or position I am in, I always strive to train, be serious with myself, disciplined with the organization; absolutely maintain solidarity, promote democracy, publicity, transparency, fight against corruption, wastefulness, negativity and formism in all activities.
I always keep in mind "must do more than talk" and must pay special attention to and care for people, workers, laborers, especially policy families and children in difficult circumstances. In the process of working, I have called for and mobilized to build nearly 1,500 houses for donation; organized hundreds of large-scale, effective volunteer activities, practical sharing with the community and society.
If I am trusted by voters to be elected to participate in the 19th Provincial People's Council, term 2026-2031, I will continue to strive, both to successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Party and organization in the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, and to fully promote the spirit of responsibility of a Provincial People's Council delegate.
I will always stick to the area, be close to listen, receive, share and reflect the legitimate recommendations of voters to propose to all levels, sectors and to the meeting of the Provincial People's Council.
At the same time, together with comrades in the delegation of the Provincial People's Council, closely coordinate with Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and local mass organizations in successfully implementing tasks and breakthroughs in the 2025-2030 term. Especially the contents related to investment attraction, business development, and construction of industrial and urban infrastructure in the locality.
In addition, continue to promote relationships to care for and take care of cultural and social security activities, build "Trade Union Homes" for workers and laborers, build houses of gratitude, and sponsor disadvantaged children in communes.
With the responsibility of being a member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, I will strive and responsibly contribute positively to the task of building the working class and the Ha Tinh Trade Union organization;
Pay attention to the task of developing human resources, solving life and jobs for the people, building a team of union members, civil servants and laborers with sufficient capacity and intelligence to serve the cause of industrialization and modernization in the new period.
Along with that, actively advise and propose to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee to have mechanisms and policies and prioritize training and fostering human resource development to serve the requirements of economic development and the needs of businesses and investors in the province.
